International survey
Using ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 together
APMG are conducting research into the benefits of combining the use of ITIL® and ISO/IEC 20000. This includes a survey seeking the views of practitioners/users of ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000, which can be accessed via the link below. They are keen to reach a wide audience and would be grateful if you could complete the survey.

The survey will be open until 16th October. A summary of the results will be available at the beginning of November, and you can discuss the results with the survey leader Dr Jenny Dugmore on the APMG stand at the itSMF UK Conference on 5th November.
