The ITIL framework is a treasure chest of documented good practice for managing IT services. Today it is the most recognized approach to IT service management. The central element is the alignment between business and IT. ITIL also references other standards, methods and frameworks. The question is: How can we gain the most from it all? There are a lot of useful lessons to be learned here.
At the ITSMF conference 2014 we focus on this – to learn from each other. With the title «ITIL – Tell me more, tell me more» we challenge you all- both to be curious and to seek knowledge. We also challenge you to share your experiences, both achievements and failures.

We especially seek the important user stories. Our participants don’t just look for success stories, but also the stories of failures and what we can learn from them. Send us your suggestions today!

Please note: Papers must be received within Sept 16th 2013. The conference committee reserves the right to pick the papers they best deem fitting to the overall program.
Speakers can participate at the conference at a reduced price. Conference with full board from March 12-13th and reception dinner NOK 3700,- An extra night from March 11-12th is NOK 1600.- including breakfast (+ 25%VAT).
