This year’s itSMF Norway conference “Service Management with Superheroes of the World” has a host of well-known ITSM names in the lineup of workshop and session presenters.

One such name is Karen Ferris. Karen will be delivering both a workshop and a conference presentation at the April 12-14 event at the Clarion Hotel in Oslo.

Many organizations adopt and deploy ITSM best practices and meet with resistance to change. This is because they fail to recognize that an ITSM improvement program is all about Organization Change Management (OCM) and most ITSM practitioners are poorly equipped to for OCM. Paul Wilkinson will take us through a session on how to tackle this change.

I 2016 flyttes itSMF konferansen tilbake til Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport

For 2016-konferansen tilbyr vi to ulike sponsorpakker, henholdsvis hovedsponsor og samarbeidspartner. I tillegg er det mulig å delta kun som utstiller. Vi har totalt 27 sponsor- og utstillerplasser. Utstillerne får utdelt plasser langs ytterveggene av det romslige lokalet, slik at vi får et mingleområde i midten. Vi kommer også i år til å ha en egen barista-bar i midten av utstillingsområdet med ståbord og barstoler rundt, og dermed trekkes et stort antall deltakere inn i utstillingsområdet ved hver pause.
 
Vi pleier å bli utsolgt, så vær tidlig ute med din påmelding! Tildeling av samarbeidspartner- og utstillerpakken er basert på førstemann til mølla-prinsippet i forhold til bestilling.

The greatest Nordic conference on IT Service Management and ITIL will take place at Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport Wednesday 13. - Thursday 14. April 2016

An increasing number of businesses are focusing on IT Service Management and basing their working processes on ITIL. Since 2003, the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) in Norway has organised conferences with steadily growing attendance figures. The interest is enormous and this year we are expecting more than 600 participants.
The exhibition is the conference’s natural network-building arena. Stands for exhibitors are located around the outer walls of the spacious hall, providing a large mingling area in the centre. This year, as previously, we will set up a Barista Bar in the centre of the exhibition area containing high tables and bar stools. As a result, a large number of participants will gravitate towards the exhibition area during breaks.

For our 2016 conference we are offering two different sponsor packages: Main Sponsors and Partnership Sponsors. You will also have an opportunity to participate simply as an exhibitor. We are usually fully booked, so don’t delay in sending us your registration! Allocation of Partner Sponsor and Exhibitor packages is made on a first-come first-served registration basis.
