Derek Lonsdale, PA Consulting’s ITSM

Derek is an ex Service Desk manager who now leads PA Consulting’s ITSM business in the US. He is a highly experienced IT professional with 20 years in the industry. He is an ITIL V3® Expert, an ISO20000 consultant and is accredited as a Lean expert by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff Business School. He has contributed to the design and deployment of service management solutions for over 30 clients in Europe and the US.
